Foremost  philanthropist  and international lead player  in the global Oil and Gas sub-sector,  Prince Engineer Arthur Eze, has called on all Igbos to rally round President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress, APC-led  Federal government to ensure the progress and effective development of the country.

He also urged the people of Enugu State to support the youthful governor of the state, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, in his current strides to provide democracy dividends for the people and ensure balanced development in the state.

He said that the beauty of democracy could be likened to a father with different wives and many children, who in spite of their emotional preferences in political associations, still come together as members of one big family.

Prince r Eze made these remarks in Enugu  when he paid a courtesy visit to Governor  Ugwuanyi  at the Government House , Enugu.

According to him, President Buhari has demonstrated commitment towards moving the nation forward, advising Ndigbo to throw their support behind him to sustain peace and unity in the country.

“President Muhammadu Buhari's federal administration should be given the maximum support it needs to embark on solid development of capital projects that would impact positively on all Nigerians,” he said.

While commending the president for remaining focused on his cardinal political objectives since he assumed political leadership of the nation, Prince Eze noted that the unity of Nigeria had been the driving force  of the president  despite his recent health challenges , which, he said, had improved through the grace of God Almighty.

The renowned oil magnate, who hails from Ukpo, Dunukofia in Anambra State, however, used the occasion to call on the people of Anambra to rally round the APC governorship candidate in the November 18, 2017 election, Dr. Tony Nwoye, to ensure his emergence as the next youthful governor of the state.

According to Prince Eze, whose royal kingdom of Dunukofia  parades the most enthralling Igbo cultural tourism of Annual Ofalla Festival in the South-Eastern Nigeria, likened to the Durbar of the Northern Nigeria,  “political leadership interests is all about the concept of optional choices in electoral investments.”

Governor Ugwuanyi, however, thanked Prince Eze for his support and praised his philanthropic gestures always targeted at uplifting the downtrodden in the society.
